Drill bit usage and out-of-well analysis

On 9th June 2019, our team used the company’s drill bit, and the well was drilled to a depth of 1300 m. Drilling continued until 14th June, reaching a depth of 2500 m. The mechanical speed before passing through the interlayer: 28M/hour or more, the turntable speed is 55 rpm, the screw speed is 120r/m, and the footage reaches 1200 meters, which passes through several interlayers. After the drill is lifted out, several composite pieces show normal wear and tear. The overall fineness is 80%, which is faster than the same model PDC drill bit.
